Employee Attrition

It refers to the natural process of employees leaving an organization for reasons such as retirement, resignation, termination, or death. Attrition can be voluntary or involuntary. Voluntary attrition occurs when employees leave an organization of their own accord, while involuntary attrition occurs when employees are asked to leave by the Organization.
