<h2>Summary of Key Findings</h2>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>A total of 31% of participating organizations have a formal succession plan for their CEO.</li>\r\n<li>Only 39% of participating organizations have a formal succession plan for all Senior Executives.</li>\r\n<li>76% of the participating organisations feel they have someone internally to take over if the CEO leaves anytime, whether there is a formal succession plan or not.</li>\r\n<li>41% of the participants said their current CEO has been in that role for less than 5 years. Another 31% of the participants said their CEO has been in that role for more than 5 years but less than 10 years. Lastly, 28% of the participants said their current CEO has been in that role for more than 10 years.</li>\r\n</ul>
